Level 1: Revelation 1 (You will read through the New Testament and Psalms once in one year.)
Level 2: 2 Chronicles 10, Zephaniah 2, Revelation 1, Luke 24 (You will read through the Old Testament once and the New Testament and Psalms twice in one year.)
Level 3: Matthew 26:57-Mark 9:13 (You will read through the entire Bible in 90 days! This will require about 30 minutes/day.)

We see the principle of the consent of the goverened. The people always had the authority to reject an evil king, but they very rarely used that authority because they were okay with the wickedness.
