What are we to learn from the end of Hezekiah's life?

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, "The word of Yahweh which you have spoken is good." For he said, "Will it not be good, if there will be peace and truth in my days?"

Was Hezekiah wrong for asking for more time? Would it have been better for him to accept God's time from God's hand rather than fail in his last years of leadership?

Let us be like David and sing praise before the whole world....what are you thankful for today?
